Terms of service

1. The service

CrawlDrift provides continuous technical SEO observation: scheduled crawling of websites you control, change detection, rule evaluation, incident management and notifications. The service observes publicly reachable pages and does not provide ranking guarantees of any kind.

2. Your responsibilities

You may only monitor domains you own or are authorized to monitor, and domain verification is required before crawling begins. You are responsible for the activity of members in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Fair use

Crawling capacity is shared fairly across customers. Plan limits define URL counts, schedule frequency and concurrency. Attempts to bypass safety limits, politeness rules or tenant isolation are prohibited.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to their billing period until canceled. Failed payments enter a grace period before the subscription is suspended.

5. Data and deletion

Workspace and project deletion begins with a soft-delete. Deleted projects move to Trash and can be restored while eligible. Observation history is retained according to your plan's history and archival policies.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable care. CrawlDrift is an observation tool: it reports what it detects, and is not liable for ranking outcomes, search engine behavior, or issues it did not detect.
