Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 90-day Starter trial. No credit card is required. Starter limits apply: 1 project, 10,000 monitored URLs, 50,000 crawl pages per month, and weekly scheduled crawls.
What is the Founding Customer offer?
The first 25 paying CrawlDrift customers receive 50% off their subscription for the first 12 months. After that, your subscription renews at the standard price that applied when you subscribed.
Can I combine the founding offer with annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans already include two months free, and eligible founding customers also receive 50% off their first year.
What happens when I reach my monthly crawl limit?
When you exhaust your monthly allowance, we safely complete any reserved crawl work, pause new crawls, and keep quota-excluded URLs visible in your dashboard. We unlock additional crawl capacity as soon as you upgrade your plan.
What counts as a crawl page?
A crawl page is counted when CrawlDrift sends an actual HTTP request for a page during a crawl. Automatic retries do not consume an additional crawl page.
What happens when I reach my monitored URL limit?
We keep discovered URLs visible, but we mark URLs beyond your plan allowance as quota-excluded. We do not actively monitor these URLs while they remain outside your allowance.
What does the history window cover?
Starter and Growth include 90-day history, while Agency includes 12-month history. These labels describe detailed monitoring history; immutable audit and security records follow their own retention policies.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Yes. Enterprise plans are available for larger sites and teams that need custom crawl volume, project limits, history retention, onboarding, or support.
